There are three comfortably furnished double bedrooms, each with lovely views over the Salcombe estuary.  They all have their own bath or shower rooms, colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities and are fully centrally heated.

Breakfast, in our elegant dining room, can be served at a time to suit you.

During the fishing season you might like to try one of Lucy’s famous home caught Lobster or Crab Platters one evening. Alternatively, there are a wealth of restaurants and pubs within easy reach and we can point you in the right direction.

Our guests are welcome to wander at will round our 55 acre grass farm with its Aberdeen Angus cattle and Heinz sheep. The foreshore is but a step across the field and is full of interest, or you might simply like to relax in our sunroom.

You are welcome to arrive at whatever time you like, but at busy times, bedrooms are often not available until 3p.m. It would be helpful if you could vacate your room by 10.30a.m. on the day of departure.

We charge £60.00 per double room per night for stays of one or two nights and £55 per double room per night for more than two nights with a further 10% discount for stays of a week or more.
